UNDERSTANDING LIVELIHOODS
COMPLEXITY, CHOICES & POLICIES IN SOUTHERN INDIA
This DVD is a documentary about rural livelihoods in Southern India and features local farmers and other stakeholders. Funded by The Department for International Development (DFID), it was created in parallel with an intensive Participatory Video training (PV) course run with a highly active NGO from the area called SPEECH. Working together, we travelled to many rural villages to run workshops and parts of the video were made asa PV collaboration with the NGO.
The resource is mainly for development professionals in the NGO and Government sectors working at policy and field level, as well as development students.
